Colonel ADAM R. DIGEROLAMO

Colonel Adam R. DiGerolamo is the Commander, 56th Maintenance Group, 56th Fighter Wing, Luke Air Force Base, Arizona. He commands the USAF's largest fighter maintenance group; leads over 3K Airmen, allied and partner nation military members, civilians and contractors. Provides safe and reliable maintenance for over 150 F-35 and F-16 aircraft and accompanying support equipment worth over $11B.

Colonel DiGerolamo entered the Air Force in 1995 as an Electrical and Environmental Specialist on F-16C/D Fighter Aircraft at Luke Air Force Base, AZ, and was commissioned in 1999 through the Air Force’s Officer Training School, Maxwell AFB, AL. He is an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Officer who has served in various positions, to include Flight Commander, Aircraft Maintenance Unit Officer-In-Charge, Logistics Career Broadener, Maintenance Operations Officer, Squadron Commander, Deputy Group Commander, and Division Chief. Colonel DiGerolamo has commanded three times at the Squadron level prior to serving in multiple Staff positions at the MAJCOM and Air Staff levels. Additionally, he has deployed and served overseas on multiple occasions at various levels throughout his career. Colonel DiGerolamo is certified as a Level 2 Life Cycle Acquisition Logistician and is a graduate of the Air Officer Commanding Masters’ Program (USAFA) through the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. He has also garnered a Master of Aeronautical Science through Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.

Prior to serving as the 56th Maintenance Group Commander, Colonel DiGerolamo was the 35th Maintenance Group Commander, Misawa Air Base, Japan.
