Mask Mandate

Effective immediately, the following measures are required under DoD Force Health Protection Guidance: 1) All service members, federal employees, onsite contractor employees, and visitors, regardless of vaccination status, are now required to wear masks indoors at Luke AFB (see, attached DoD FHPG, page 35). This mask guidance applies to bargaining and non-bargaining employees. DoD exceptions are listed in DoD FHPG on pages 35-36. Additional AF-specific excepted locations can be found in the attached SecAF's Supplement to DoD FHPG on pages 8-9. 2) At least weekly COVID-19 testing is required for military members, civilian employees, and contractors who are not fully vaccinated (see, DoD FHPG, pages 15-17). 3) No indoor in-person meetings with more than 250 attendees (see, USecAF Memo, page 1). 4) Official visitors will need to demonstrate vaccination status or show a negative test (see, DoD FHPG, page 18-19). If supervisors have questions concerning HPCON conditions and civilian employees, please contact CPO at DSN 896-2116. We will continue to closely monitor the local community level and adjust masking and testing requirements as soon as conditions allow.
