Luke AFB retires Block 25 F-16 aircraft

A retiring F-16 Fighting Falcon takes off for the last time in its tenure Sept. 6, 2022, at Luke Air Force Base, Arizona. After decades of service, this aircraft retires with the rest of the Block 25 aircraft to make room for more advanced jets for Luke AFB pilots and student pilots. The divestment marks history for the aged aircraft, retired after many faithful years of duty to our nation. (U.S. Air Force photo by Senior Airman David Busby)
