LUKE AFB TELEPHONE AUTOMATED SERVICES
Luke AFB switchboard services are now fully automated. A listing of frequently called numbers is available for download.
The following automated services are available utilizing a PIN.
- Morale calls (from a DSN phone number to a Phoenix local area code number): For military and Department of the Air Force civilians when in an unaccompanied status at overseas or remote geographic locations; single at overseas or remote geographic locations; performing extended temporary duty (TDY) for more than 14 days.
o To request a PIN, call commercial: 623-856-9987 or DSN 896-9987
during normal duty hours (0730-1630 Mon-Fri); or email request to:
56cs.scxpv@luke.af.mil (provide your name, rank, unit/deployed
location, and estimated return date)
o Callers will dial DSN 896-4663 (896-H-O-M-E)
o Enter PIN; press the # key
o If system accepts the PIN, dial any local number to area codes 623,
480, 602, or toll free number; press the # key
o Please press the keys slowly to allow the system to accept each entry.
If you are calling from a line with lots of static, your call may not go
through.
- Hearts Apart calls: For immediate family members or the parents of single active duty personnel and/or the guardian of the child of a single parent or military/military couple, both of whom are deployed.
o To request a PIN, call the Airman and Family Readiness Center at
commercial 623-856-6362
- Official DSN on-net calls: This "Official Only" service is available to personnel who have a requirement to place calls from a commercial phone number to a DSN number. To obtain a PIN for this official service complete ajustification memo and email it to56cs.scxpv@luke.af.mil.
