Years in service: Four 

Education: Pursuing a Community College of the Air Force degree in social services
 
Previous assignments: Maxwell Air Force Base, Ala., and Osan Air Base, Republic of Korea
 
Inspirations: My family
 
Goals: Become a teacher in an inner-city public school district 

Greatest feat: Serving my time in the Middle East in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom 

Self-description:
Just an average guy trying to live right and set a positive example for my siblings
 
Famous last words: "I'd rather be in Philly." 

Off-duty interests: Writing, drawing and long walks on the beach 

Chaplain's comments: "Airman Medley just wants to do things right," said Chaplain
(Capt.) Lawrence Kittle, 56th FW Chapel. "He's not afraid to ask questions and is continually learning and striving to do his job better. He is an exceptional example of our Air Force Core Values. He provides outstanding customer service and has phenomenal networking abilities. Airman Medley is solely responsible for the coordination and scheduling of weddings at Luke. He manages a calendar consisting of 250-plus activities, to include retirements, promotions and employee recognitions. Additionally, he provides tremendous support of the spiritual maintenance center with an average of 650-plus visits per week. He is an outstanding source of motivation to the staff."
