Days of Remembrance
Chris Cropps, 56th Fighter Wing Chapel volunteer, shares her experience from Nazi Germany with Airmen assigned to the 56th Fighter Wing during a Days of Remembrance event, April 28, 2022, at Luke Air Force Base, Arizona. Cropps was born in 1927 in Frankfurt, Germany, and saw firsthand what Nazi Germany was like. Growing up during the rise of Third Reich, she saw neighbors and friends disappear without explanation. The 56th Fighter Wing Diversity and Inclusion Team hosted the event, which allowed Cropps to give Airmen insight on life in Nazi Germany. (U.S. Air Force photo by Tech. Sgt. Franklin Ramos)
