From the classrooms to the skies: Detachment 9 innovates pilot training
Thomas Burt, Detachment 9 computer program specialist, utilizes a digital E-3G 40/45 communication trainer, Mar. 13, 2023, at Luke Air Force Base, Arizona. This digitized program was created for ease of updating to next generation aircraft as opposed to updating 3-D model communication trainers. Det. 9 develops, maintains, and supports the courseware and syllabi for the 607th Air Control Squadron.
