Team Luke welcomes new commander

Maj. Gen. Michael Keltz, director of intelligence, operations and nuclear integration at Air Education and Training Command headquarters, passes the 56th Fighter Wing guidon to Brig. Gen. Scott Pleus, incoming 56th Fighter Wing commander, during a change-of-command ceremony at Luke Air Force Base on June 20.
