Luke AFB hosts Days of Remembrance event

Werner Salinger, Holocaust survivor and U.S. Air Force veteran, talks to Airmen at a Days of Remembrance event at Luke Air Force Base, Arizona, April 18, 2023. Salinger was born in 1932 in Berlin and survived the Night of Broken Glass before immigrating to New York in 1939 and enlisting in the U.S. Air Force at the age of 19.
