Inspirations: My grandfather
 
Goals: Complete my college education and become a fighter pilot 

Greatest feat: Making senior airman below the zone 

Self-description: The hard working, easy going type
 
Famous last words: "Oh, my bad." 

Off-duty interests: Playing and watching hockey and lacrosse, and
spending time with my wife 

Commander's comments:  "Senior Airman Rodgers is one of my sharpest Airmen and he's a Lean thinker," said Lt. Col. Fredrick Plaumann, 56th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron commander. "He just f inished guiding my corrosion control element through a Lean Kaizen event, trimming almost 700 minutes from the aircraft full-paint process. His short career has been filled with many accomplishments to include his recent selection to senior airman below-the-zone."
