The Military & Family Readiness Center (M&FRC) at Luke Air Force Base offers comprehensive financial counseling services to help service members and their families achieve financial stability and readiness. Their services are designed to assist with various financial challenges, from day-to-day budgeting to planning for major life events like Permanent Change of Station (PCS) moves. Service members and their families can contact the M&FRC to schedule one-on-one counseling sessions, sign up for financial management classes, or seek advice on specific financial issues. The School Liaison Program plays a vital role in helping to ensure quality Pre-K-12th grade education for over 20,000 military-connected students in the Phoenix metropolitan area on all education-related matters. The SLPM is the Subject-Matter expert on educational issues that impacts military-connected students—specifically during transitions and enforces the Military Interstate Compact among the 30 school districts and the 300 schools who serve military-connected students. The School Liaison Program is aligned under the 56 Mission Support Group Commander, who serves as the Military State Representative, and is a member of the Arizona State Council who helps to advocate for legislation to support military-connected students. The Career Assistance Advisor directs professional development programs, including the First Term Enlisted.
