Rock legend, contest still alive, kicking

The 56th Fighter Wing commander’s Rock, recently “stolen,” painted and returned by the 56th Civil Engineer Squadron, sits on the north side of the wing headquarter’s building. The challenge to paint the Rock without getting caught was initiated in July 2011 and serves as a competitive team and morale builder. (U.S. Air Force photo/Staff Sgt. Timothy Boyer)
