Picnic, Olympic and fitness challenge

LUKE AIR FORCE BASE, Ariz. --  Despite the heat, Thunderbolts from across base attended the annual spring Luke Air Force Base picnic May 15 at the ball fields near the fitness center. Free hot dogs, hamburgers, potato salad, chips and drinks were provided. The Luke Top 3 stepped in to grill the burgers and dogs, serve the food and provide cleanup. Activities before and after the picnic included a CrossFit battle, Wacky Olympics, consisting of teams competing in bed, tricycle and build-a-boat races, and Family Funlympics in the evening at the 56th Force Support Squadron Youth Center.
