Remembering a fallen warrior
Brig. Gen. Kurt Neubauer, 56th Fighter Wing commander, presents the American flag to Mike Hopper at the funeral ceremony for his brother, Lt. Col Earl Hopper April 3 at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona in Phoenix. Colonel Hopper died in 1968 after being shot down in his F-4 Phantom while patrolling the North Vietnamese-Laotian border during the Vietnam War.
