LUKE AIR FORCE BASE, Ariz. --  The Maintenance Professional of the Year banquet was Saturday in Hangar 913 at Luke Air Force Base. Brig. Gen. Mark Atkinsons, 402nd Maintenance Wing commander, Warner Robins Air Logistics Center, Robins Air Force Base, Ga. was the guest speaker.
