Horses Help
The horses watch as families of deployed members arrive at the Hearts Apart event April 3 at Sunset Ranch in Buckeye, Ariz. The 56th Fighter Wing staff agency key spouses and Airman and Family Readiness Center co-hosted the free event, which gave 37 children and their parents the opportunity to do crafts, learn basic riding, grooming and tacking, and enjoy a barbecue. The Heart Apart program plans monthly events and activities designed to bring families together who are facing the hardship of separation. (U.S. Air Force photo by Senior Airman Darlene Seltmann)
