Bridging the gap
Foreman Troy Morris a painter for Dougherty Painting Company applies the last coat of paint to the Litchfield overpass structure on November 29, 2007. The new bridge completion date is scheduled for January. The new bridge will connect the east and west sides of the base reducing traffic flow through the gates.
