CrossFit catches on
Candy Robinson, Becky Messelheiser and Carol Ann Stentz join Sandy Neubauer, CrossFit level-one certified trainer, for their morning workout of 33 repetitions of the day's six exercises. A mat, weight bar, kettle ball and a medicine ball are all that's needed for today's CrossFit workout.
