Those jets don’t fly without avionics
Staff Sgt. Meghan McDonald, 56th CMS AIS F-16 production supervisor, inspects a test adaptor for damage. In addition to each component having its own software program, each component has its own adaptor to plug into the test station. AIS Airmen can reset cards, replace small hardware, check for internal visible damage such as burnt components or broken pins and more.
