David Toliver Sr., Archer-Ragsdale Arizona Chapter of Tuskegee Airmen Inc. original founding member, along with Lt. Col. (Ret.) Asa Herring, Lt. Col. (Ret.) Robert Ashby and Tech. Sgt. (Ret.) Rudolf Silas, original Tuskegee Airmen, salute after laying a wreath Mar. 24, 2016 at Luke Air Force Base, Ariz. Luke formerly hosted two Tuskegee Airmen heritage Air Force Reserve F-16 fighter squadrons: the 301st and 302nd, which were part of the 332nd Fighter Group, known as the Red Tails.
