Retired Navy Petty Officer Third Class Karoy Campbell surfs during the National Disabled Veterans Summer Sports Clinic Sept. 19, 2016 at San Diego, Ca. The clinic gave veterans an opportunity to challenge themselves through education and recreational activities.
