From the classrooms to the skies: Detachment 9 innovates pilot training
Donald Kuhl, Detachment 9 aerospace mechanical technician, designs an A-10 hands-on throttle and stick trainer, Mar. 13, 2023, at Luke Air Force Base, Arizona. After the digital design is complete, it is sent to the Det. 9 fabrication flight for creation. Det. 9 develops, maintains, and supports the courseware and syllabi for the 607th Air Control Squadron.
