Luke AFB welcomes newest Honorary Commanders

U.S. Air Force Honor Guardsmen assigned to the 56th Fighter Wing present the colors as Staff Sgt. David Busby (back-right), 56th FW community relations noncommissioned officer in-charge, sings the National Anthem during the 2024 Honorary Commander induction ceremony, Sept. 26, at Luke Air Force Base, Arizona. The ceremony marked the beginning of the honorary commander’s two-year commitment to serve. The honorary commander program seeks to help build relationships with the surrounding communities by connecting local and civic leaders with various unit commanders.
