56th FW Commander takes final flight before retirement

Brig. Gen. Todd Canterbury, 56th Fighter Wing commander, taxis through water streams after his final flight May 21, 2020, at Luke Air Force Base, Ariz. Canterbury is a command pilot with 4,200 hours in the F-15E Strike Eagle, F-16 Fighting Falcon, F-35A Lightning II, T-37 Tweet, T-38 Talon and MC-12W Liberty aircraft. As an Air Force tradition, after a pilots lands following their final flight, known as a fini-flight, Airmen and family host a ceremony to celebrate the departing member’s service.
