Education: Pursuing a bachelor's degree in criminal justice and a Community College of the Air Force degree in aviation resource management

Inspirations: My family and fellow coworkers 

Goals: Get my two college degrees, have a family, and retire from the Air Force 

Greatest feat: Getting my five-skill level in airfield management and winning airman of the quarter.

Commander's comments: "Airman Guzman has been an amazing asset to the airfield management operations team," said Lt. Col. Matthew Willis, 56th OSS commander. "In addition to filing flight plans and dispatching aircraft, he monitors airfield construction and meticulously inspects the runways, taxiways and lighting systems to ensure the safest flying environment possible. As vice president of the 56th OSS booster club, Airman Guzman's outstanding leadership qualities and organizational skills have been vital to the success of numerous fundraisers and morale building events. His professionalism and strong work ethic are second to none, and every day of his military career is a shining example of a Thunderbolt."
