Commander's comments: "Sergeant Farr has been an amazing asset to the 56th OSS Intel IFTU team," said Lt. Col. Matthew Willis, 56th OSS commander. "He's been the primary instructor and certified 36 students to work in the combat Air Force. This involved teaching, scheduling instruction and planning of the more than 200 hours simulator/familiarization flights five-week course. Sergeant Farr taught more than 100 hours on F-16 operating systems, air-to-air threats and intelligence mission support requirements.  He's rewritten courseware to guarantee students receive the latest information. He's also the primary Intel instructor for the F-16 Block 50 class. His professionalism and strong work ethic has ensured IFTU's success, and every day of his military career is a shining example of a Thunderbolt."
