POW/MIA Ceremony
Former prisoner of war retired Staff Sgt. Joseph Johnson was guest speaker at the National POW/MIA Recognition Day ceremony Sept. 21 at Luke Air Force Base. He was a Japanese POW for three years before the end of World War II. The National POW/MIA Recognition Day honors POWs and military members missing in action from all wars.
