Energy levels and projected energy use are tracked at the Navy Operational Support Center Phoenix at Luke Air Force Base, Ariz., April 8, 2014. The NOSC Phoenix is the only LEED Platinum certified building on Luke, utilizing skylights for indoor lighting, low-flow toilets and low energy consumption light bulbs.
