The 309th Aircraft Maintenance Unit load crew load their next weapon Jan. 29, 2016 at Luke Air Force Base, Ariz. Teams compete, under the scrutiny of experienced judges, to complete the loading of several weapons on their aircraft within a 35-minute time limit.
