41 years of DOD service, comes to an end for this aviation enthusiast
Harvey Brugger, 56th Operations Support Squadron air traffic controller, follows an aircraft taxing down the runway with his camera, Dec. 13, 2018, at Luke Air Force Base, Ariz.
