Luke Airman granted unlimited contracting warrant
Tech. Sgt. Michael Jakubec, 56th CONS noncommissioned officer in charge of services flight, receives an unlimited contract warrant certificate from Maj. Barbara Divine, 56th Contracting Squadron commander, Sept. 26, 2019, at Luke Air Force Base, Ariz. Jakubec is one of only two enlisted members within Air Education and Training Command who have earned an unlimited contract warrant. The warrant authorizes a contracting officer to procure goods, services and construction assets on behalf of the government with no limit on the dollar amount.
