Luke AFB conducts Senior Enlisted Leaders Course

U.S. Air Force senior enlisted leaders listen to speakers during an SEL course Nov. 29, 2022, at Luke Air Force Base, Arizona. The speakers at this year’s SEL course include U.S. Air Force Chief Master Sgt. Jason Shaffer, 56th Fighter Wing command chief and U.S. Air Force Chief Master Sgt. (Ret.) Todd Simmons, former Command Chief Master Sergeant of Air University, Maxwell Air Force Base, Alabama. The SEL course is designed to develop Airmen on being effective leaders, while fostering an environment for them to connect with fellow squadron leaders around base.
