Aiming High: the legacy of Skip Hopler

U.S. Air Force Senior Airman Zachariah Tucker, Airman 1st Class Thomas Lopez, and Airman 1st Class Xavier Gomez, Luke Honor Guardsmen, conduct a three-volley salute at retired U.S. Air Force Lt. Col. Edwin “Skip” Hopler’s funeral and internment, at the National Memorial Cemetery, June 6, 2023, in Phoenix, Arizona. At the event, the 61st Fighter Squadron conducted a flyover. Hopler’s contributions to the development of the F-16 and F-35 training programs were paramount to the capabilities of combat-ready Airmen.
