Olufemi Owolabi, 13th CABS first sergeant, during the unit's inactivation ceremony at Luke Air Force Base, Arizona, June 16, 2026. Throughout their tenure, squadron leadership guided 340 personnel from across Luke AFB, Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota, and McConnell AFB, Kansas, to form a cohesive unit that sustained up to 2,500 joint personnel in austere environments.
